Hotel Golden Flower, Bandung | 02 – 04 Juli 2012 | Rp 5.750.000/person
Hotel Golden Flower, Bandung | 22 – 24 November 2012 | Rp 5.750.000/person

This course teaches the fundamentals of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM). The course gives the participant fundamental tools and knowledge required to participate in any RCM analysis process especially in gas pipeline industry. Participant will have a good practice  to developing and implemeted RCM .

Maintenance managers, maintenance supervisors, reliability and maintenance engineers, maintenance technicians, production managers, production supervisors, operators, plant engineers, and anyone who is involved in operating and maintaining of assets.

After the course participant will have a good understanding of  :

  1. Fundamental Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) philosophies
  2. How to evaluate failure consequences
  3. How to select preventive maintenance tasks and intervals
  4. How to select predictive maintenance tasks and intervals
  5. How to select failure finding tasks and intervals
  6. What other function protective actions are available
  7. When run-to-failure is appropriate
  8. How to packaging and implement RCM analysis results
  9. Commercial RCM standards
  10. Various approaches to RCM
  11. RCM terminology
